these literally made me laugh until I cried. My favorite is the Mutant Hand and the station wagon with a pole stuck in it (I think it's a Ford Pinto).

What were they thinking? There's no way those will stand alone. Maybe they're just eye candy to sweeten the web site.

Boston now has blue and white signs on major streets with arrows pointing in the direction you are already going, saying "Evacuation Route." Maybe that is a good indication you should find any-way-but-this to get out of town. Huntington Avenue, where I first saw these signs, is usually down to one lane in each direction because of all the people double parked. Doesn't sound like a good evacuation route from a major city to me.
