Today I signed out my first GOV. It's "for official use only." You need a special license to use it. People can tell by looking at it that I work for the federal government. I'm going to use it for two days and then return it. I could kill someone with it, if I'm not careful.

I feel the presence of "Government" much more in New Mexico than in Missouri. Maybe it's all the BLM (bureau of Land Management) land, maybe it's Sandia and Los Alamos secret weapon labs, the big air force base right here, the fact that the intersection of the two highways that cut Albuquerque into quarters was a level one target in WW2 due to the secret labs. Glad you work for a different part of the gov't.
