Joe was distressed when he realized he'd scheduled his return flight during the Super Bowl today. I had no plans to watch it, and instead found myself captured by Puppy Bowl II on the Animal Planet channel. All I can say in my defense is that Joe's departure always leaves me in a weakened state.
