A trade empire built on and by enslavement

A large exhibit at The Museum of London - Docklands looks at how people got wealthy and London grew by enslaving other people.

A 19th-century abolitionists words—lip-synced by contemporary people—accompanied a video.

I’ve included several panels from the exhibit, here. They’re perspective and language seem pretty current—more so than many American museums.
